The Half-Life-Size 27-Part Muscular Figure with Removable Organs Model features a removable abdomen to expose removable and dissectible internal organs. Superficial and deep muscular is also represented on the model, with some muscles being removable. 

This sexless human muscled figure is a high-quality and highly detailed representation of human anatomy.

Head and Neck Region

The model features a removable calvarium that exposes the removable and dissectible 2-part brain. 

The brain divides into 2 parts to provide a cross-section view of its anatomy. 

The parts, lobes, and nerves of the brain are numbered and identified. 

Once the brain is removed, the cranial cavity displays the complete cranial fossae.

The brain model features the cranial nerves and provides a view of the 2 different nerve origins: 

the cerebrum (the optic and olfactory nerves) and the brainstem. 

The nerves coming from the brain stem can originate from a specific part of the midbrain, pons, or medulla oblongata, or in the junctions between them.

The muscular figure’s face and neck display the superficial muscles, glands, arteries, veins, and some viscera. 

The facial muscles that control the face’s expressions are represented on the model. 

The facial nerve (CN VII), also featured in the 2-part brain in the model, controls these muscles. 

The facial muscles can be subdivided into the orbital group, nasal group, and oral group. 

The individual muscles in these groups are featured on the model.

In stunning detail, the anterior triangle of the neck is displayed prominently. 

The anterior triangle shows the muscles, arteries, nerves, lymph nodes, and veins. 

Parts of the posterior triangle of the neck are also featured,

 most notably the subclavian vein and muscles including the splenius capitis, levator scapulae, and the scalenes.

Body Wall

From the sternal head to the pyramidalis muscle, the muscles and muscle groups are featured with great detail in this half-life-size human anatomy model. 

The abdominal wall that covers the abdominal cavity can be removed to expose the organs in the abdominal, thoracic, and pelvic cavity.

The removable thorax (chest) and abdominal wall illustrates both the superficial deep musculature anatomy. 

This detachable part features the anterolateral abdominal wall, complete with all the flat muscles and vertical muscles in the group. 

Bony anatomy is also featured in this section of the model, including the clavicle, sternum, and ribs. 

Details include the arcuate line and the costal cartilage.

Thoracic Organs

The heart and lung models are both removable and dissectible into 2 parts.

Once dissected, the heart model features all 4 chambers which is further detailed by the vasculature that weaves from the surface and into the internal chambers.

Abdominal and Pelvic Organs

The removable 2-part liver displays the lobes, ducts (including the common bile duct), and the gallbladder. 

The liver and the gallbladder do not detach from each other as they both feed into the process of bile synthesis and release. 

The spleen, another accessory organ that aids in blood filtering, is attached to the actual abdominal cavity of the model.

To study the digestive system, the model provides a detailed representation of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. 

The model features a removable colon (ascending, transverse, and descending) with the attached jejunum, duodenum, pancreas, and appendix. 

Another separate, detachable part is the stomach, complete with the 4 anatomical sections of cardia, fundus, body, and pylorus.

Pelvic organs and the urinary system on the model come attached to the model.

The brachial plexus, a large collection of nerves that control the motor and sensory supply in the arm, is featured on the model, along with 4 parts:

Sensations in the leg come from two major nerves: sciatic nerve and femoral nerve.

Numbness without pain can also commonly occur in the leg, with the femoral nerve serving as the pathway for it.
