본 제품을 사용하여 카테터 실습을 실제 환자에서와 동일하게 시행할 수 있습니다.
윤활제를 바른 카테터가 urethral orifice로 삽입되고, urethra를 통과하여 방광으로 들어가게 됩니다.
방광에 성공적으로 들어가면, 인공 소변(물)이 카테터로부터 흘러나오게 됩니다. 카테터가 방광에 들어가기전, 학생들은 mucosal folds, bulbous urethra, internal urethral sphincter로 인한 정상적인 제약감을 느낄 수 있습니다.
그 경험으로 학생들은 환자의 불편함을 최소로 하면서, 동시에 카테터를 수월하게 넣도록 하는 기술을 얻게 됩니다. 운반용 케이스, 윤활제, 카테터, 교육 지침서 포함되어 있습니다.
※ 주의사항 : 올바르지 못한 Foley의 사용은 시뮬레이터에 손상을 가져올 수 있으므로, 실제 환자를 다루듯이 사용하십시오.
This simulator consists of a male abdomen and allows you to feel the pressure and resistance caused by the mucosal folds, bulbous urethra and the internal urethral sphincter, just prior to the entrance into the bladder. When the catheter enters the bladder, artificial urine (water) will flow through the catheter. Proper positioning and movement of the penis during the catheterisation can be easily practiced.
